Do I have to accept the highest bid at the Auction on my house? Absolutely not!! As the Seller, you retain the right to refuse the highest and winning bid.

Do I need to have a home inspection done on my property prior to listing it for sale at the Auction? No, the Buyer with the winning bid will have the option to schedule a home inspection within 7 days of the Auction. The home inspection will be at the Buyer’s expense.

Do I need to attend the Auction if I decide to include my property in this Auction? No, you will be allowed 5 business days after the Auction to decide if you are willing to accept the highest and winning bid.

How long do I have to wait to close on my property after the Auction? Closings will be scheduled usually within 30 days of the Auction.

Are there any fees I will have to pay to have my property in the Auction? You will only be responsible to pay the 6% commission agreed upon on your listing contract.
